We provided a loan to Mr A to assist with the purchase of a public house which had ceased trading, but did have the benefit of a large car park and an Astro Tuf football pitch that gave him a serious amount of land which he hoped to develop into houses, we obtained an appraisal/valuation report which valued the site at £2,000,000. The borrower was able to provide part of the funding from his own resources, and the residue was loaned to him by Amalgamated Finance Ltd. We also assited our client in Singapore that has a project on building a shopping mall in a world standard stedium and we loaned him $50 million to execute the project
